COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover without hospitalization. Most common symptoms: fever dry cough tiredness Less common symptoms: aches and pains sore throat diarrhoea conjunctivitis headache loss of taste or smell a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes Serious symptoms: difficulty breathing or shortness of breath chest pain or pressure loss of speech or movement Seek immediate medical attention if you have serious symptoms. Always call before visiting your doctor or health facility. People with mild symptoms who are otherwise healthy should manage their symptoms at home. On average it takes 5–6 days from when someone is infected with the virus for symptoms to show, however it can take up to 14 days. TOWARDS HAPPY LIFE

Joan Baez   Isn't this a wonderful reminder that we can choose how we are going to live?  Our life is in our hands. We decide how we want it to be. Aren't we glad?  Never give up the power and your right to choose.   Do we want a life of happiness or depression?  It was said that man's chief aim is to be happy. How true. We all want to be happy and joyful.  A happy life is a life well-lived. A life of depression and negativity causes the life of the person to rot, to waste away.   We need to take proactive actions to make our life happy and satisfying. How are we going to do that?  First, we need to change our thinking, to believe that we can be happy and successful in life.   "The thought is the predecessor of the deed".
